How to Clone Incident in Ivanti Service Management

 

1. Log In:

   • Open your web browser and navigate to the Ivanti Service Management login page.
   • Log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Incident Workspace:

   • Once logged in, find and navigate to the "Incident" workspace or module. This is where you'll manage incidents.

3. Access Incident Quick Actions:

• Look for a toolbar, menu, or button that provides access to Quick actions. Quick actions are often prominently displayed to streamline common tasks.
